“Services” refers to any visa consultation, travel advisory, documentation support, application submission, or other offerings by Shaheen Consultancy.
“Third-party” refers to any embassy, consulate, government body, courier partner, or agency we may liaise with on your behalf.
Shaheen Consultancy provides assistance in the following areas:
Visa consultation (Tourist, Business, Student, Work, etc.)
Travel documentation guidance
Application form filling and submission support
Guidance on embassy/consulate appointments
Follow-up and case tracking
Note: We are not an embassy, government authority, or official body. We are a private consultancy offering guidance and assistance based on our expertise.
To avail our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents.
Comply with deadlines for submission of documents and payment.
Cooperate during document verification and consultation.
Bear full responsibility for the authenticity of submitted documents.
Shaheen Consultancy will not be liable for any delay or rejection due to incorrect, forged, or incomplete information/documents provided by you.
All fees will be communicated clearly before initiating any process.
Charges may vary based on the destination country, type of visa, and urgency.
Service charges are exclusive of embassy fees, VFS charges, courier charges, or any government-imposed charges, unless otherwise specified.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under conditions stated in our refund policy (see Section 7).
Payment must be made via approved channels (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.) as mentioned at the time of transaction.
Visa and application processing timelines:
Depend entirely on the concerned embassy, consulate, or authority.
May be influenced by political events, documentation delays, or public holidays.
Shaheen Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval or exact processing timelines, as we do not hold authority over decision-making bodies.
By using our service, you understand and accept that:
We do not guarantee the success of any visa application.
Approval is the sole discretion of the immigration or consular authorities.
Recommendations given are based on experience and general guidelines, not legal guarantees.
Refunds are subject to the following terms:
Non-refundable fees: Consultation charges, document processing fees, courier fees, and any third-party fees once paid.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where the service was not initiated due to our internal reasons.
No refund shall be provided for visa rejection by the embassy or delays not caused by us.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@shabanaconsultancy.com within 7 days of the incident.
We take the privacy of your personal and sensitive data seriously.
All collected documents, personal details, and communication will be handled confidentially and stored securely.
We may share your information with embassies, consulates, or government authorities strictly for processing your application.

All content, documents, logos, trademarks, website materials, and promotional content belonging to Shaheen Consultancy are protected under intellectual property laws.
Clients may not copy, distribute, modify, or publish our content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our material may lead to legal action.
Shaheen Consultancy shall not be held liable for:
Visa rejections, travel bans, or blacklisting by foreign governments.
Delay or loss of documents by courier or postal services.
Cancellation of travel plans due to visa refusal or delays.
Financial losses, damages, or mental stress resulting from third-party decisions.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on our official website with an updated effective date.
Clients are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Shaheen Consultancy reserves the right to:
Refuse or terminate service to clients displaying abusive behavior, submitting fraudulent documents, or violating legal requirements.
Cancel services if the client fails to comply with submission guidelines or payments.
In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Panchsheel Vihar New Delhi – 110017, India.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, and government restrictions.
